Alfa Romeo is launching a new SUV called the Milano, named after the famous Italian city of Milan. This is exciting because it’s their first ever all-electric car!

Here’s what we know so far:

  • Electric Power: The Milano will come in two electric versions. One has 156 horsepower and can travel up to 250 miles on a single charge. The other, sportier version is called the Veloce and has 240 horsepower.
  • Not coming to the US (yet): As of now, it looks like the Milano will only be available in Europe for now.
  • Similar to Jeep Avenger: The Milano is built on the same platform as the new Jeep Avenger, another small electric SUV.
  • Spacious interior: Even though it’s a small SUV, Alfa Romeo says the Milano has a lot of cargo space inside.
  • Special edition model: There will be a special Milano Elettrica Speciale edition with fancy wheels, a better sound system, and leather seats.
  • More details to come: Alfa Romeo will release more information about pricing and other features this summer.

Overall, the Alfa Romeo Milano sounds like a cool new option for people in Europe looking for a small, sporty electric SUV.

They got much higher scores in a recent quality survey (J.D. Power) and are now considered a top luxury brand. They’re also taking better care of customers, which means their cars hold their value better. Plus, they’ve cut warranty costs in half! No wonder their sales are way up, both in the U.S. and around the world!

The Alfa Romeo Milano will have a fancy launch edition called the “Milano Speciale Elettrica.” It comes with special wheels, extra tech features like self-driving aids and navigation, a comfy interior with leather and massaging seats, and a stronger charger for faster refills. There might also be a hybrid version, but Alfa Romeo hasn’t revealed any details yet. We’ll probably find out more about pricing and features this summer when people can start ordering one.

The Alfa Romeo Milano is basically a cousin to the new Jeep Avenger, another small SUV coming out this year. They’re both about the same size, around 13 feet long with a little over 7 inches of ground clearance. The Jeep Avenger offers both gas and electric versions. The gas-powered one has a small engine with 100 horsepower and a manual transmission, while the electric Jeep can travel up to 248 miles on a single charge, with both getting power only to the front wheels. Price-wise, the gas Jeep is cheaper, starting at around $35,200, whereas the electric one starts closer to $45,500. Interestingly, it seems like both the Avenger and Milano will only be available as electric vehicles in the UK.
