Jeep is expanding its 2022 Wrangler lineup. It is with a special edition that is calling High Tide. This vehicle does bundle a long list of upgrades that buyers do turn to the after for. In fact, there is a beach-themed off-roader that also introducing an eye-catching paint color which is calling High-Velocity Yellow.
Jeep Wrangler High Tide – Xtreme Recon Package
The High Tide does come standard with the Xtreme Recon package. It is based on the Sport S trim. It also groups 35-inch BFGoodrich T/A KO2 tires. They were wrapping around 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels. There is a 1.5-inch suspension lift, a 4.56 rear axle ratio. In addition, wheel arch extensions. In fact, it does also includes many accessories from the Mopar catalog. It does include a reinforcing tailgate hinge which is designing to cope with the added weight of the bigger spare wheel. It is a jack spacer and a tire relocation kit. The jeep then does add a body-colored hardtop. The cloth Sunrider panel flips up. It has LED headlights and fog lights. Then there is a Gorilla Glass windshield. It has rock rails, rubber floor mats, and edition-specific “High Tide” decals on the hood.
Jeep Wrangler High Tide – Available Colors
The High-Velocity Yellow is picturing above is one of the available colors. Moreover, the drivers can then order the High Tide in Hydro Blue, Black, Bright White, and StingGray. However, there are no beach-inspired modifications that are under the hood. That would mean power is coming from the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 which is tuning to, in fact, develop at 285 horsepower and at 260 pound-feet of torque. Moreover, it does spin the four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The High Tide production is going to be limiting. In fact, Jeep has noted that the first 500 units are going to be ordering as part of a limited-edition series. It is called Jeep Beach.
